- Bien equipado
- Bien ubicado (estacionamiento amplio)
- Espacioso
- Horario amplio
- Hace poco dieron mantenimiento y arreglaron algunos equipos dañados, los felicito por eso
Cosas malas:
- Retrasos constantes en la apertura. Se necesita que garanticen abrir a las 5:30 am
- El instructor no se preocupa por abordar a los clientes y ofrecer su ayuda. No sale de la recepción
- No abren las ventanas (hay que solicitarlo) y el aire que se respira está muy viciado (llego por las mañanas)
- No ponen música hasta que no se haya ido el Señor que supongo se queda de guardia por las noches y no se le quiere importunar.
- Los equipos están en buen estado, sin embargo, sería bueno pasarle por lo menos una franela regularmente. Las partes que no se usan están llenas de polvo y hasta de telaraña.
Nota: No espero un trato excelente, me entreno solo, pero me preocupa ver cómo algunos clientes tratan de orientar a otros de nuevo ingreso sobre si están haciendo correctamente o no los ejercicios, que si la técnica, que si las rutinas apropiadas, que si el cardio primero o al final y cosas de ese tipo, mientras el instructor, que debe ser el responsable de esas asesorías, no se personaliza en brindar ese servicio.
Saludos, seguiré con ustedes mientras no surja una mejor propuesta. No abusen de eso, podrían abrir la puerta a la competencia.
Good things:
- Well-appointed
- Well located (ample parking)

Bad things:
- Constant delays in opening. They need to guarantee to open at 5:30 am
- The instructor does not bother to approach clients and offer their help. Does not leave the reception
- They don't open the windows (you have to request it) and the air you breathe is very stale (I arrive in the morning)
- They do not play music until the Lord has left, I suppose he stays on duty at night and does not want to bother him.
- The equipment is in good condition, however, it would be good to pass at least one flannel regularly. The parts that are not used are full of dust and even cobwebs.
Note: I do not expect an excellent treatment, I train alone, but I am concerned to see how some clients try to guide other new entrants about whether they are doing the exercises correctly or not, what if the technique, what if the appropriate routines, what if cardio first or last and things like that, while the instructor, who should be responsible for these consultancies, is not personalized in providing that service.
Greetings, I will continue with you while a better proposal does not come up. Don't abuse that, you could open the door to competition.
