★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui agredida por 4 personas dos adultos hombre y mujer pelirroja y dos mujeres rubias jóvenes personal de la lavandería al comentarles que un vestido al que lleve a lavar y planchar estaba con dos hoyos insinuaron que yo lo había hecho, que mi ropa era corriente, que ellos tenían vestidos de buena calidad no como la ropa que yo había llevado en realidad no entiendo por qué la gente no asume sus errores y solo agrede

Llevamos unos jerseys edición limitada que compramos en el extranjero justamente para usar en el partido del fin de semana y vaya sorpresa que nos llevamos al recoger la ropa, estaba todo excepto eso y unos pantalones de una marca de prestigio! Les reclamamos y fuimos varias veces a ver si aparecían pero nunca se hicieron responsables ni nos dieron alguna solución. Jamás regreso a este lugar aparte de que el trato del personal es nefasto!
Avoid coming to this place. We brought some limited edition jerseys that we bought abroad precisely to wear at the weekend game and what a surprise we got when we picked up the clothes, everything was there except that and some pants from a prestigious brand! We complained to them and went several times to see if they appeared but they never took responsibility or gave us any solution. I never return to this place apart from the fact that the treatment of the staff is disastrous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años viniendo y han dejado mi ropa bien. Siguen los comentarios que les das si llevas algo muy especial. Eso sí, un par de veces no tenían lista mi ropa cuando fui a recogerla, pero han sido las menos.
I have been coming for years and they have left my clothes well. They follow the comments you give them if you wear something very special. Of course, a couple of times they did not have my clothes ready when I went to pick them up, but they have been the least.
