★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, cero recomendable. Si pudiera colocar 0 estrellas lo haría. Teníamos un tour y por culpa del que hace la reserva no pudimos ir ya que no la hizo y este es su único trabajo. Pagamos normalmente y al día del tour nunca llegaron a recogernos, fuimos a reclamar y nunca reservaron con el parque. Dijeron que llegaría a las 11 AM para el reembolso del dinero pero llegó a las 4 pm. Perdimos un día entero en Cancún y estuvimos solamente 2 días. Viajamos 2 días enteros en bus para pasar solo 2 días y perdemos uno. Falta de respeto.
Terrible, zero recommended. If I could place 0 stars I would. We had a tour and because of the one who makes the reservation we could not go since he did not do it and this is his only job. We pay normally and the day of the tour they never got to pick us up, we went to complain and they never booked with the park. They said it would arrive at 11 AM for the money back but it arrived at 4 pm. We lost a whole day in Cancun and were only 2 days. We travel 2 whole days by bus to spend only 2 days and lose one. Disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abuso total al turista, venden aguas y repelentes a precios muy altos dentro del autobus($40 la botella de agua y $180 el repelente), el guía se la paso repitiendo que lo que vendían era su única fuente ingreso además de querer hacerte creer que eras un tacaño si no comprabas, el tour incluía comida no bebidas, pero un pequeño vaso de agua a $30 pesos y sin sabor son ladrones además todavía no terminabamos de comer cuando los meseros no dejaban de decirnos que nos fuéramos ya que más gente estaba por llegar. Pesima experiencia con esta agencia de viajes 0 recomendada piénselo antes de reservar cualquier actividad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung, ganz schlimme Finger! Nicht seriös, und versuchen einen über den Tisch zu ziehen wenn sie die Gelegwnhwit riechen.
Es gibt so viele Tours. Einfach Googeln und auf Bewertung achten. Für die Englischsprachigen. Achtung guides erklären 90% spanisch und 10 % auswendig gelernte Sätze in Englisch. Wenn man was näher fragt sind sie überfordert.
Attention, very bad fingers! Not serious, and try to rip you off when they smell the Gelegwnhwit.
There are so many tours. Just google it and check the rating. For the English speakers. Attention guides explain 90% Spanish and 10% memorized sentences in English. If you ask what more they are overwhelmed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The guy in Cancun took me for a ride.
Gave me a FAKE PRICE for a tour that was worth LESS THAN HALF quoted, presenting it a “premium”.
Well, IT WASN’T.
He Pretended to be nice and all, as if he was doing me a favour,
and when I presented him with proof of what happened he pretended to be sorry, but no action taken. My money is gone. Wasted a day too.
Not professional, not ethical.
NEVER AGAIN.

Avoid this place!
