★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ricas quesadillas, bien servidas, además vende sopes, tacos y tlacoyos, todos igual de ricos. Si vienen a las luciérnagas, para desayunar antes de ir a los santuarios es la mejor opción.

La primera vez me acompañó a comprar los tlacoyos la persona que me los recomendó y tal vez como a ella la conocen a lo mejor por éso me despacharon bien los tlacoyos, su sabor no es excelente pero estaban comibles.
La segunda ocasión pedimos para llevar y cuál va siendo nuestra sorpresa que al llegar y prepararlos en la casa, los de papa ya estaban agrios y los de haba y requesón casi no tenían relleno, era más masa que otra cosa.
Y ésta última vez que fuimos fué la decepción total, la señora llega en una moto con las cubetas de la masa ó del relleno destapadas lo que implica que durante todo el trayecto viene al aire libre la comida, llega al local y sólo le da una pasada con un trapo sucio y seco a la mesa de preparación y así sin lavarse las manos y la superficie dónde pone sus ingredientes y mucho menos el comal, se pone a hacer los tlacoyos, sopes ó quesadillas que le piden.
Yo entiendo que a lo mejor es muy conocida en la localidad la señora pero no está vendiendo ropa ó accesorios que te pones encima y no pasa nada, está vendiendo " alimentos" que muchas veces se consumen ahí mismo y de por sí el local ( y no ése si no la gran mayoría de todos los que se encuentran ahí en el mercado ) carecen de buena higiene y limpieza.
Ojalá y tome en cuenta éstas observaciones porque en la preparación de alimentos se tiene que tener muchísima limpieza tanto personal como de los utensilios que se utilizan.

The first time the person who recommended them to me accompanied me to buy the tlacoyos and maybe since they know her, maybe that's why they sent me the tlacoyos well, their flavor is not excellent but they were edible.
The second time we asked to go and what was our surprise that when we arrived and prepared them at home, the potato ones were already sour and the bean and cottage cheese had almost no filling, it was more dough than anything else.
And this last time we went was total disappointment, the lady arrives on a motorcycle with the dough or filling buckets uncovered, which implies that the food comes outdoors throughout the journey, arrives at the premises and only gives her one passed with a dirty and dry cloth to the preparation table and thus without washing his hands and the surface where he puts his ingredients, much less the comal, he begins to make the tlacoyos, sopes or quesadillas that they ask for.
I understand that maybe the lady is well known in the locality but she is not selling clothes or accessories that you put on and nothing happens, she is selling "food" that is often consumed right there and the place itself (and not that if not the vast majority of all those found there in the market) lack good hygiene and cleanliness.
Hopefully and take these observations into account because in the preparation of food you have to have a lot of cleaning both personal and of the utensils that are used.
