★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the real deal lamb barbacoa, country style made. Thick consomé. Freshly made corn tortilla, no scams of corn flour tortilla as in all other sites. Super recommendable, you’ll leave very happy, the owner of the barbacoa place breeds his own sheeps, the meat is super fresh and tender. You can have it along with a café de la olla (cinnamon & sugar coffee). The Salas are super spicy delicious, pay them a visit specially if you are from out of town
