★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un recinto bastante amplio y ubicado, que pertenece y está administrado por el Ayuntamiento de Tlalnepantla de Baz, el lugar está muy deteriorado, el piso del estacionamiento roto, no hay mucha seguridad, le falta mantenimiento y limpieza al interior, los sanitarios están muy dañados . En ocasiones se utiliza para eventos políticos, bailes o actividades del ayuntamiento.
