★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ocasiones suelen no contestar el teléfono (sin ser hora de comida). Sólo fui a sucursal una vez pero, para mi desfortuna, demoraron en entregar mis productos a pesar de que mi compra ya había sido pagada horas antes.
 Sometimes they tend not to answer the phone (without it being time for lunch). I only went to the branch once but, unfortunately, they delayed in delivering my products even though my purchase had already been paid hours before.
