★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que labora en el establecimiento (al parecer el dueño y sus hijos) cuenta con muy poca experiencia en servicio y atención al cliente pues no se percibe cortesía al momento de ser atendido, realmente se limitan sólo a despachar lo cual está muy lejos de ser una labor de venta esto lo he percibido cada vez que acudo, usualmente mis compras las hago en este establecimiento cómo último recurso y si es que no encuentro el material en los lugares donde acostumbro a comprar.
The staff that works in the establishment (apparently the owner and his children) have very little experience in customer service and attention since courtesy is not perceived at the time of being attended, they really limit themselves only to dispatch which is very far from Being a sales task I have perceived this every time I go, I usually make my purchases in this establishment as a last resort and if I cannot find the material in the places where I usually buy.

Pero en cuanto a material, es de buena calidad.
