★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los visité el día de hoy (4 jul 2020) y es muy cierto que tienen un buen surtido y me parece que buenos precios, pero la asesoría que te dan es muy pobre y es una lastima porque ellos pierden ventas, por otro lado te atienden a las carreras y pareciera que lo que quieren en lugar de vender es que salgas lo antes posible, es un lugar muy pequeño y te tienes que apretar un poco así que en cuanto a seguridad sanitaria pues no hay mucha (usan cubrebocas los empleados y tú debes entrar con el también ademas de entrar por un lado y salir por otro). Lástima porque en verdad encuentras muchas cosas lo que te recomiendo es que investigues bien lo que necesites es decir, nombres y medidas de todo así no vas con la esperanza de una "asesoría que no vas a obtener y tampoco esperes mucha paciencia del personal que aquí labora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años comprando ahí, el antiguo personal siempre amables y serviciales, buenos precios y surtido; pero el personal de ahora no conocen bien lo que venden y uno de ellos (sin pelo) es muy grosero con los clientes, atiende de mala gana como si te hicieran un favor por venderte. No deberían de contratar a personas así, o de menos capacitarlas en atención al cliente y en conocer bien los productos que se venden.
