Terrible customer service, call to request a quote and find out if you had all the material you required and they simply answered saying that "they didn't have time".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy buena ferreteria, encuentras lo basico y mas. A pesar de no contar con estacionamiento propio esta en muy buena ubicasion. En experiencia propia atiende un señor que no es muy empatico con los clientes, parece andar enojado y a veces contesta golpeado, pero al menos no es grosero como el de su competencia "La Colmena"
It is a very good hardware store, you find the basics and more. Despite not having its own parking lot, it is in a very good location. In my own experience, a man who is not very empathetic with clients, seems to be angry and sometimes answers beaten, but at least he is not rude like his competition "La Colmena"
