Reporte un mal funcionamiento del sistema, más nunca llegaron hablaba con las secretarias y digieron que en 72 horas llegaría el técnico pero nunca llegó y él gerente nunca está disponible, es sin duda el peor servicio de internet que he tenido.
Customer service is horrible, technicians never show up, and employees are incompetent. Report a malfunction of the system, but they never came, I spoke with the secretaries and they said that in 72 hours the technician would arrive but he never arrived and the manager is never available, it is undoubtedly the worst internet service I have had.
