El fin de semana pasado acudí a su tienda y compré 2 toallas de medio baño, una blanca y una natural. Cuando las estaba lavando, descubrí en la natural muchos puntitos negros. Me contacté con una persona por chat y me dijeron acudiera a la tienda a que la checaran. Hoy acudí y después de que la vieron me la cambiaron y se quedaron mi nota porque la iban a enviar a la fábrica. A pesar de esto, las recomiendo. A lo que me respondió que hasta la 16:30 porque apenas comenzarían a comer. Le pedí de favor si me podía vender porque venia de lejos y solo me trasladé para comprar y no podía esperar una hora y media, un poco molesto me respondió que no. Entiendo que era su hora de comida y debe respetarse, pero deberían establecer bien e informar el horario de comida para evitar estas situaciones donde se invierte tiempo y dinero en acudir a la tienda y no poder comprar nada. Me atendió una persona que parecia tener prisa en que me fuera pese a que no había ningún cliente en la tienda. No me dio opciones o alternativas para lo que buscaba, simplemente se limitó a hacer mi nota y cobrarme de inmediato. Es una pena.
