Comfortable and quiet. Good food too!

The location is great and the rooms are really nice and comfortable. The food is delicious.

Location was great and price for room was adequate considering location and scenery,it was a good place to stay i woud definately stay there again.

Ruidoso! Noisy! Half the staff is very nice and the rest indifferent, the lobby decor attractive, the bed firm, the restaurant pretty good. But OMG! I am typing this at 3:00 am, in my "tranquil" room overlooking the lake. I have a bad headache and here's why: Every night of our stay our sleep has been disturbed by traffic and loud partying outside. Tonight (Tuesday) was the worst: a brass and percussion band set up on the malecón literally right across the street and played ear-splitting music until 1:30 a.m., growing drunker and more out of tune and off tempo with each number (and I LIKE Mariachi!). Then the street dogs commenced to barking for another hour while the crowd dispersed. The flimsy wall-mount nightstands, sputtering water taps, toilet that requires a bucket to flush completely, grainy TV reception, curtains that don't close all the way, and wobbly electric outlets that your charger falls out of at night complete the picture. At USD$65/night, This place is NOT cheap for the area, and I expected better.

I've never stayed here, the 5 stars is strictly for the hamburgers. As a self proclaimed hamburger expert I can assuredly say the burgers here are very good. Try one, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome place....clean room, comfortable beds. Food prepared here wad great..right in front of lake. The owner.and staff were very helpful in giving us everything we needed and went above most to make our stay great. Highly recommend.

Great location, no AC, no screen door for balcony, Mosquitos in room. Breakfast not included had to pay extra. Clean place and frequently staff. Good food.

Customer service sucked. Rooms were so small & nothing was included. They lied & said they had AC in their rooms, never did. Rooms were hit as hell. The lady had the nerve to say no hotels in Chapala has AC smh . I do not recommend this hotel at all .. Stayed one night & will never go again. Go next door, for a $100 more you get nice rooms, breakfast included, swimming pool, hot tub & great customer service. You must try the club sandwich ???
