Inunda la calle con cloro y al comentarle contesta que la calle es suya y que puede hacer lo que quiera, que si los perros les pasa algo no es su problema.
Es una pena por que el servicio hace algunos años era bueno.
The certain Fernando who attends a reverend patan, badly faced and rude with little empathy to treat dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaba mucho su servicio, hice una cita para hoy 5 de abril para 3 perros (alredededor de 700 pesos lo que iba a pagar) la entrada estaba empapada con agua jabonosa, le pregunté a Fernando si solo era jabon y me contestó que era cloro, le dije que era malo para los perros y me contestó que era SU BANQUETA y podía echar lo que quisiera, y que además llegué tarde, todo de mala manera, supongo que estaba indispuesto, que mal para los dueños de Tochtli que siempre han sido muy atentos. Obvio no dejé a mis perros porque con la poca empatía de Fernando, no quiero imaginar como iba a tratarlos en privado. Ojalá reconsideren porque era muy buen servicio =(
I really liked their service, I made an appointment for today April 5 for 3 dogs (around 700 pesos what I was going to pay) the entrance was soaked with soapy water, I asked Fernando if it was just soap and he answered that it was chlorine , I told him that it was bad for dogs and he answered that it was HIS BENCH and he could have whatever he wanted, and that I was also late, all in a bad way, I suppose he was indisposed, bad for the owners of Tochtli who have always been very attentive. Obviously I did not leave my dogs because with Fernando's little empathy, I do not want to imagine how I was going to treat them in private. Hopefully reconsider because it was very good service = (
