★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido por la aplicación Rappi, aceptaron mi pedido, estaban preparando mi orden según la aplicación y estuve esperando 1 hora y media a ver si ya venia en camino y no. Me decidí en marcar a la sucursal y me comentan que “si les llego mi pedido, pero que no les avisaron que iban a trabajar la app de Rappi, que no la manejan” le termine preguntando que si manejan o no Rappi, porque aparece en la app su negocio y me dice que no. Hubieran simplemente cancelado el pedido que les llego de mi parte para no hacerme esperar… no había comido en todo el dia.
I made an order through the Rappi application, they accepted my order, they were preparing my order according to the application and I waited 1 hour and a half to see if it was on its way and no. I decided to call the branch and they told me that "if my order arrived, but they were not told that they were going to work with the Rappi app, that they don't handle it" I ended up asking if they handle Rappi or not, because it appears in the app your business and tells me no. They would have simply canceled the order that came from me so as not to make me wait… I hadn't eaten all day.
