Fui para pedir un arreglo super básico y la chica que me atendió me dijo que era un diseño muy difícil y que no lo podía hacer, le pedí que entonces me vendiera el material necesario para hacer el arreglo yo misma, el proceso fué muy tardado, mientras esperaba, ví cómo la señora que infla los globos de helio era super grosera con los clientes (no debería estar en contacto con los clientes por nefasta) Y la chica que me atendió, no parecía capacitada por que tardó mucho tiempo para mi pedido, pues para todo preguntaba a las demás que, aparte de todo, le contestaban sin paciencia. Al llegar el momento de hacerme la nota para cobrarme, tardó muchísimo más, pues cada operación la iba haciendo con muchísima lentitud. Me parece que falta muchísimo de parte de los dueños y encargados para tener a la gente adecuada para cada puesto, así como bien capacitada. De vdd que salí de ahí fastidiada. Adjunto foto del arreglo (lo pedí sin los globos con helio) que cuando llegué a mi casa, lo arme (exagerando por que sé que fue en menos tiempo) en 10 minutos y yo no sé nada de globos, sólousé mi lógica. Eso habla mucho de la incompetencia que enfrenté ese día ??‍♀️ Terrible my experience. I went to ask for a super basic arrangement and the girl who attended me told me that it was a very difficult design and that she could not do it, I asked her to then sell me the necessary material to make the arrangement myself, the process was very long, while waiting i saw how the lady who inflates the helium balloons was super rude to the customers (shouldn't be in contact with the customers because of nefarious) And the girl who attended me, did not seem qualified because it took a long time for my order, because for everything she asked the others who, apart from everything, answered her without patience. When the time came for me to write the note to get paid, it took much longer, because each operation was being done very slowly. It seems to me that there is a lot of lack on the part of the owners and managers to have the right people for each position, as well as well trained. Of vdd that I left there annoyed. I attach a photo of the arrangement (I asked for it without the helium balloons) that when I got home, I assembled it (exaggerating because I know it was in less time) in 10 minutes and I don't know anything about balloons, I just used my logic. That speaks volumes about the incompetence I faced that day ??‍♀️

No fue una buena experiencia pero parecen estar bien surtidos en general. I contacted before to make sure that there was the desired product, when it arrived, in addition to waiting a lot, they told me that it was already out of stock. It was not a good experience but they seem to be well stocked overall.

We picked out the balloons, paid for them and then as they were blowing them up I told them I wanted just air. They refused, told us they were closed and we didn’t get the balloons for my sons Birthday! Never again. I thought businesses were supposed to satisfy the customer! They are too concerned about going home than making money. If you have a business, sometimes you will have longer hours. Avoid this place at all cost!
