★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Señor Martin Leal, nuestra agencia de viajes lleva desde Octubre 2020 esperando que ud nos haga un reembolso por motivos de cancelación de un cliente que tuvo COVID-19 y está es la fecha que solamente ha reembolsado $406.19usd de casi $3000usd. La reserva nunca fue pagada al Hotel por parte de su agencia, se trató de una reserva Postpago, de todo esto tenemos las pruebas, incluyendo el testimonio de la propia cliente que se encargó de llamar y desenmascararte frente al Departamento de Reserva de dicho Hotel. Semana tras semana ud responde de la misma manera como si estuviera haciendo copia y pega:
- buenas tardes Daniel.. en cuanto te lo deposite te mando tu ficha..
- Buenas noches Daniel. Solo estoy en espera de cambiar un dinero para mandarte tu western
- hola Daniel buenas tardes.. esta misma semana tienes dinero... en cuanto te lo deposite te aviso..
Buen inicio de semana...
- en cuanto te realice tu pago te mando tu comprobante... vale?
Ya son meses en esta falta de respeto y profesionalidad. Por lo que nos vemos obligado a exigir nuestro dinero por esta vía también. Espero una pronta respuesta de parte suya y su compañía: DINERO DEL REEMBOLSO
