I DO NOT recommend the service. Don't waste your money or time. There are better options on the market. I tell you about my experience: I placed an order on June 1, 2020, they came to my home and gave me 15 to 20 days for delivery, giving a 50% advance. The seller was always very friendly. Time passed and the nightmare began, the agreed deadline was met, and they gave me long on WhatsApp ... I tried to be understanding but after 2 and a HALF MONTHS I decided to do without their services and request a refund. It should be noted that they have never been rude or anything, they always addressed with respect, but giving explanations and false promises ... And the only thing they have told me about the refund is that "they will check it" .... It is likely that they will not return my money to me, but it does not mean that it has to happen to you ... be VERY careful .. I will update my comment if I receive any response from the company .... -------------------- On August 25, they communicated indicating that "magically" my order was ready. I had to retell the story stating that I no longer needed their service that if a refund was possible or not ... again they indicated that they were going to check it out ... ------------ third update, down 1 star for LIARS August 27 allege that "I left to communicate when I returned from my trip" since I have been requesting my refund for 1 week. If it were up to me I wouldn't give it any stars, lousy service. They never came to bring me the mosquito nets, they only kept my advance payment. And yet my neighbor was robbed of her advance as well. Be careful

Update: They were finally able to install, with some problems at the time of installation but it could be resolved at the time with the managers. The seller and the manager solved me. I still think there was a lack of seriousness due to installation times and the person in charge of the routes really only brought me long, but I was satisfied. I hired the services of 2 closets on August 12, 2020, a very friendly seller went to my home and made the measurements, I made the comment that I needed to make not only is but several modifications for medical reasons, it was committed in a period of 5 to 8 days maximum the installation of the same where an advance was given. The 8 days arrive and without receiving any calls, he communicated with the seller and told him that if everything is scheduled, he tells me that they have backorders and that they will not be able to be installed within the time (then he asked me why not he told me that when hiring). He told me that he is going to speak to the office to see where the process is. August 21 - I decide to speak directly to be told why you have not proceeded with my order. The lady in charge tells me that the closets are already made, but because of COVID they don't have anyone to install it. I tell him that he gives me a date for installation which asks me to call him within 3 days to give a probable date. August 24- I call the offices to update the order, they confirm that the installation will be done on Saturday 29 August and that I only return the call a day before to confirm the schedule. I obviously already annoyed since the discharge of the patient had to be postponed to avoid contamination and health risks (Neonatal with tracheostomy). August 28- Confident that they will finally give me a resolution, they tell me that the closets are not there yet and they lack some details, they are supposed to be there but they had no one to install. They tell me that the installation would be in 3 or 4 days. I definitely do not recommend doing business with this company at all since it is more than obvious their lack of seriousness and commitment. I will personally go to the offices to solve this problem and update this review once it is completed.
