They do not have the spare parts at hand as they say and they waste your time depending on going for them so that in the end they are not. And they are not brand specialists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sí buscas refacciones para Renault es bueno te las consiguen el mismo dia siempre y cuando las pidas antes de las 11 am y como mecánicos apenas lo voy a checar luego les platico que tal me fue.. Como mecánicos son malisimos tardan 3 días en hacer lo que en otros lados se lleva medio día y además no dejan bien las cosas y le echan la culpa al diseño del carro, no se los recomiendo.
If you are looking for spare parts for Renault it is good they get them the same day as long as you order them before 11am and as mechanics I will just check them out. Then I tell them how it was .. As mechanics are bad it takes 3 days to do what that in other places it takes half a day and besides they do not leave things well and they blame the design of the car, I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que voy a este lugar y recibo una atención muy grosera y déspota por parte de un señor un poco mayor. Le pedi me atendiera la semana pasada y me dijo que hoy; y ahora que voy me dice que simplemente no tiene tiempo y que se lo lleve la otra semana a ver si tiene tiempo... ni siquiera me vió a la cara.. No lo recomiendo para nada!!
It is the second time that I go to this place and I receive a very rude and despotic attention from a slightly older man. I asked him to attend me last week and he told me that today; And now that I'm going, he tells me that he just doesn't have time and to take it the other week to see if he has time ... he didn't even see my face ... I don't recommend it at all!
