★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, responden mal. Se pregunta por una refacción y responden que "no existe el accesorio". Existe diferencia entre refacción y accesorio. Atiendan bien a sus clientes potenciales.
Bad attention, they respond badly. They ask about a replacement and they answer that "the accessory does not exist". There is a difference between spare parts and accessories. Take good care of your potential customers.
