Eran aproximadamente las 5 de la tarde , y al pasear por Parque Tezontle desafortunadamente se me ocurrió entrar a esta tienda. Había mucha gente y al ser un espacio reducido las personas se empujaban las unas a las otras, al momento de que pasé por un mueble donde tenían polvos compactos minerales, una persona me empujó y uno de los productos se cayó al piso (cabe destacar que estaban muy a la orilla del mueble) , una de las trabajadoras del lugar lo vio e inmediatamente junto con sus compañeras me acorralaron, con un tono grosero me dijo una de ellas "ya viste lo que haces, lo rompiste, ahora lo pagas" , le dije que me lo mostrara haber si realmente estaba roto y como era de esperarse no era así , el producto en su interior estaba intacto, tenía algunos rayones y su sello de seguridad roto como si lo hubieran hecho con tijeras. Finalmente lo tuve que pagar a pesar de que el producto claramente notaba que ya había sido roto por alguien más. Así que les recomiendo que a partir de ahora revisen muy bien lo que compren en esta tienda , me ha tocado ver hasta barnices rotos que ellos insisten en querer vender...

Finally I had to pay even though the product clearly noticed that it had already been broken by someone else. So I recommend that from now on, check very well what you buy in this store, I've had to see even broken varnishes that they insist on wanting to sell ...
