★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy atractiva la página web y la de Facebook, me atreví a comprar una impresora y en cuanto me dieron cotización me animé a comprar, la impresora llegó usada o probada por ellos, me ayudaron a instalarla de manera virtual pero no quedó y la chica que me atendió no contesta los mensajes o los deja en visto. Dijeron que no me harán válida la garantía, cuando nunca he logrado imprimir con su impresora. La impresora es china y sólo le pegan corte de vinil con su logo. Les pedí que me cambiaran la factura porque así me lo pidió la STYFE y la de finanzas no contesta. Qué lástima que no den soluciones y sólo les interese el dinero.

Compre una caja de tazas y 15 salieron con defectos muy graves, tienen chipotes, granos y hendiduras, hable para pedir el cambio debido a defectos de fabricación y dicen que es mi culpa por no revisar taza x taza. Como se puede observar supuestamente eran calidad AA, pero están muy lejos de ofrecerlo y de precios más caros que en Algarin
