Si pides por Didi llega a buen tiempo y caliente la comida. Definitivamente es muy recomendable I love it! Quisieron cobrarnos 15 pesos por dejar el pedido a dos pasos del negocio (cuando debería de ser propina al repartidor, no es Rappi o algo por el estilo) y cuando quise pagar con tarjeta me querían cobrar el 4%. Obvio cancele la orden por la actitud mostrada por todos los empleados. No pidan ni compren aquí, los precios carísimos aparte. Malo! Sin embargo en mi última experiencia recibí un Yakisoba ya echado a perder, hable con ellos y me indicaron que tratara todo con la app. Cero atención pero bueno, lo malo es que ellos mismos rechazaron mi solicitud que les mande por medio de la app. Pésima atención al cliente. Esta muy rica la comida pero siendo sinceros, ya me no me gustaría ir o seguir pidiendo sabiendo que si algo sale mal con mi orden no me van a poder resolver. Definitivamente me encantó, el platillo bien hecho, la lechuga fresca, el pollo muy crujiente y una salsa muuuy buena. I ordered a Toki Bowl Chicken Crunch and it is delicious. I definitely loved it, the dish was well done, the fresh lettuce, the very crispy chicken and a very good sauce.
R	REI Kusanagi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un servicio a domicilio de Gohan mixto con camarones, sirloin, aguacate, y teppanyaki mixto y nada que ver en las fotos, solo traía carne muy poca y encima del arroz; del teppanyaki únicamente era puro arroz y muy poco)y pimiento morrón, camarones en pedazos, realmente no recomiendo nada, no tiene en absoluto que ver con lo que muestran en fotos y el Gohan estaba crudo de abajo. Pésimo servicio.

Esto es especialmente riesgoso cuando se manejan mariscos/pescado. Claro está, los tuvimos que tirar a la basura. Solicité un reembolso y el restaurante hizo caso omiso. No vuelvo a comprar en este lugar. I ordered two sushi rolls and upon arrival we noticed that they had an unpleasant smell and the taste was very sour in both, as if some of the ingredients were not fresh. This is especially risky when handling shellfish/fish. Of course, we had to throw them away. I requested a refund and the restaurant ignored it. I will never buy from this place again.
