★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speaking only for the ramen, the quality and variety was pretty good for the price. However, it wasn´t exactly ¨traditional,¨ didn't have much depth of flavor or umami, and the pictures on the menu apparently don't match the descriptions.
The picture on mine had various toppings like seaweed (nori) and bamboo shoots (which should be typical on a classic ramen) but it arrived without them. That matched the description, but I figured the description had to be wrong because why would it not include those things??
None of the available broths seem to be the classic pork bone or miso based broths, so that also gives it a flat flavor.
The restaurant Irori across the road is a bit pricier and only has one type of ramen, but it's much better quality with all the toppings and a miso broth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to try some Japanese food with reasonably prices, this is the place. I have came many times and I proved some dishes (not all) and all of them were very tasty. Keep in mind that this kind of establishment tends to rotate/hire new cookers because I have noticed that the flavors change from one day to another and even in the same place.
Overall the food is very good, very fresh and the prices are not too high. The only thing that bothers me is the slow service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it, I went to Merida in March, looking for a place to eat sushi and something different I found it.
So good that I just went to Merida to eat at Tokyo 07 again. Excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is just ok. The rice is flavorless but it has the right consistency. The hosomaki is very small (and I know hosomaki is supposed to be small). But they do not give you soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, or even chopsticks.
The menu is in Japanese and mixed Spanish and English, when I asked for an aguacate roll the waiter corrected me for an 'avocado' roll. Keep in mind this is in Mexico.
Not having the garnishment (soy, wasabi, ginger) is the main reason for my two stars rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service was really bad. Waitress kept forgetting our order, and it took a long time for our order to be ready even tho the restaurant was empty. The food was ok but definitely not “Real Ramen.” Sushi was not that great either. I would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ramen, the broth is flavorful, and the noodles are always perfect. The portions are very large so consider splitting with a friend. Only downside would be the service, it's a bit slow and not that great, but the food makes up for it.
