★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio. Mas de 20 minutos para que tomaran la orden y otra hora para que sirvieran los alimentos. Pedimos café y nunca llego.
 Very slow service. More than 20 minutes for them to take the order and another hour for the food to be served. We ordered coffee and it never came.

Momento desagradable en el estacionamiento de la plaza ya que en en un lapso de 40 min a 3 autos les dieron cristalazos justo frente a una caseta de cobro. Y como siempre el personal del estacionamiento no vio no se hace responsable.. Es una tristeza en lo que se está convirtiendo Cuautitlán Izcalli.
Very attentive staff, especially Mr. Arturo, waiter.
Unpleasant moment in the parking lot of the square since in a span of 40 minutes 3 cars were hit by glass right in front of a toll booth. And as always, the parking staff did not see it and are not responsible. It is sad what Cuautitlán Izcalli is becoming.
