★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnificas instalaciones, muy limpio y agradable lugar, la rapidez en recepcion depende del personal que te atienda, un poco lento el servicio para servir, a pesar de eso, si lo recomiendo por el resto del servicio Toks.
Magnificent facilities, very clean and pleasant place, the speed at reception depends on the staff who attends you, the service is a bit slow to serve, despite that, I do recommend it for the rest of the Toks service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida mala, sin sabor. La atención es pésima, siempre te tratan de mala gana, el gerente es poco profesional. Un lugar deleznable! Fui dos veces. La primera fue pésima, pero la segunda, con la esperanza de que la primera haya sido una excepción y dándole una segunda oportunidad, resulto que fue aún peor.
Bad food, tasteless. The attention is terrible, they always treat you reluctantly, the manager is unprofessional. A despicable place! I went twice. The first one was terrible, but the second one, hoping that the first one was an exception and giving it a second chance, turned out to be even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pesadilla, esperé a que nos atendieran y eso jamás sucedió, dicidimos mejor buscar otro lugar para comer. El peor servicio de la cadena Toks, el restaurante vacío, los meseros platicando entre ellos. Nunca regresaré a este lugar. Uno sale a comer no sólo por satisfacer el apetito, la atención y el servicio son fundamentales en la elección de un restaurante, que pena que por malos empleados se lleve uno una mala experiencia.
A nightmare, I waited for them to attend to us and that never happened, we decided better to find another place to eat. The worst service in the Toks chain, the empty restaurant, the waiters talking to each other. I will never return to this place. You go out to eat not only to satisfy your appetite, attention and service are essential in choosing a restaurant, what a shame that bad employees lead to a bad experience.
