★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lp que se espera de un Toks, muy buena atención de la mesera, buenas recomendaciones del menú y realmente me sorprendieron los cambios que hicieron en su carta. Bien para una comida rápida en un día de trabajo ajetreado.
 Lp that is expected of a Toks, very good attention from the waitress, good menu recommendations and I was really surprised by the changes they made to their menu. Good for a quick meal on a busy work day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy una asidua visitante de la cadena de Restaurantes Toks y cuando descubrí que había uno más cercano a mi domicilio no dude en ir a desayunar, elegí domingo para hacerlo; lamentablemente mi experiencia no fue grata empezando par el servicio al cliente que es característico de la cadena Toks. En esta ocasión la atención dejó mucho que desear, aunque debo reconocer que el mesero tenía buena actitud y amable, me dió la impresión de que estaba atendiendo muchas mesas o le faltaba práctica porque no puso el servicio completo en mi mesa hasta que se lo pedí, me refiero a la charola de pan, cuchara para la salza que me llevó y así, pequeños detalles que se le pasaron y tampoco vi que la gerente pasara a las mesas verificando el servicio.
Otro punto muy importante y que no me agrado nada, fue el tipo de programación deportiva que tenían en los televisores; era de artes marciales en una jaula y bueno había familias con niños en las mesas, abuemitos, en fin, creo que no era nada grato levantar la mirada y toparse con imágenes de pie si violentas, en ocasiones ensangrentados y uno ahí, queriendo pasando un momento agradable y con ese fondo visual, para mi fue muy desagradable. Por supuesto que exprese mi opinión al pagar la cuenta a la jefe de piso que estaba en caja y que nunca pasó a verificar el servicio a las mesas. Así que fue desagradable mi estancia en esta sucursal a la que no pienso regresar, aunque me queda cerca de casa.
I am a regular visitor to the Toks Restaurant chain and when I discovered that there was one closer to my home, I did not hesitate to go for breakfast, I chose Sunday to do so; Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant, starting with the customer service that is characteristic of the Toks chain. On this occasion the attention left much to be desired, although I must admit that the waiter had a good attitude and was friendly, he gave me the impression that he was serving many tables or lacked practice because he did not put the full service on my table until I asked him to. I mean the tray of bread, spoon for the sauce that he brought me and so on, little details that he missed and I didn't see the manager go to the tables to verify the service.
Another very important point and that I did not like at all, was the type of sports programming that they had on televisions; it was martial arts in a cage and well there were families with children at the tables, grandparents, anyway, I think it was not pleasant to look up and come across images of standing if violent, sometimes bloody and one there, wanting to have a pleasant moment and with that visual background, for me it was very unpleasant. Of course I expressed my opinion when paying the bill to the floor manager who was in the cash register and who never went to check the table service. So it was unpleasant my stay in this branch that I do not plan to return to, although it is close to home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble que un restaurante así cometa el error de entregar un pollo crudo y todavía querer cobrarlo cuando deberían de saber que es un error gravísimo. La atención de los meseros es buena, del gerente equis, espero no enfermar, el pollo es una proteina súper delicada y entregarlo crudo al comensal es un error garrafal del Chef.
Incredible that a restaurant like this makes the mistake of delivering a raw chicken and still wants to charge for it when they should know that it is a very serious mistake. The attention of the waiters is good, from the manager X, I hope I don't get sick, chicken is a super delicate protein and delivering it raw to the diner is a huge mistake by the Chef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La relación calidad/precio es muy buena, la comida está muy rica, sobre todo en desayunos. La atención fue muy buena, se adaptaron a nuestros requerimientos. Tienen periqueras para bebé en buen estado.
The quality/price ratio is very good, the food is very tasty, especially for breakfast. The attention was very good, they adapted to our requirements. They have baby seats in good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there thinking on trying the Chile En Nogada dish, that is famous in Mexico on September, we don’t know if it’s meant to come cold, but it was a cold dish, the filling was poor (we were expecting more meat). We had some other things, a plate with chicken and pork, and some corn, but the corn tasted like rare. We were offered to download an app, and get some complimentary bread, the bread never came in. We have had delivery from toks and it was good, but wasn’t good the experience in the restaurant.
