★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the first restaurants on the jungle side when play is America’s Playa del Carmen was just opening. Being a nationwide restaurant chain the menus and flavors are standardized but I find it a bit more pricey than the regular restaurant chain coffee shops. It is great that is at a shopping mall due to its parking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lucky we had no wait as there is usually a line to get in. My girlfriend had the salmon dish which was prepared perfectly. The only issued I had with this restaurant was that it was so cold temperature wise that it was difficult to enjoy our meal. The server was quick and provided great service.

The place is clean, the service is ok but waiters and hostess need to be trained.
The food is very well presented but not very tasty, not a lot of flavor but clean and you won't get sick.
It is not cheap for a coffee shop but ask for the specials.
Great place for meetings but very noisy sometimes.
The hostess mixes people with children with people trying to have a quiet lunch and that will ruin the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I just arrived from Chicago to Cancun. We arrived to Mexico very hungry. My husband stopped by the Elektra to take out some money,and decided to stop here, Toks, for some food.
Service is so slow. I can't describe it. A cup of water took 15 minutes. 15 minutes for water!!
Our order took an hour and 10 minutes.
The food was cold, but it was okay. A bit pricey.
We get it, the place is "new".
However, make your guests feel welcomed.
