The food was good and also the service. This is a nice, clean place to eat. The problem is that their register did not accept my VISA debit card or my VISA credit card or my Citi VISA credit card. They told me their machine did not accept American VISA. What the? All of a sudden this is my problem? Luckily, there was an ATM close by or else I would been talking to the policia, I guess. Or maybe washing dishes to pay for the meal. Obviously, this is something TOKS needs to get fixed.
