Tokyo Sushi - 83240 Hermosillo

It is the first time that I order, and I had high expectations. It took them 3 hours to bring them to me, the sushi was very cold and nothing to do with what I ordered, I asked for the bonelles with a separate sauce and they gave me them bathed and too sour ,:(

The food is delicious, they just make mistakes if you call or order via WhatsApp. Once they gave me a roll that I did not ask for and I realized as soon as I got home, it took about 5 or max 10 minutes to return and they kindly changed it for me at the Las Quintas branch. But facebook has a promotion on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of some free bonnets with the purchase of 2 rolls, I sent a message (it was Tuesday) because the phone was busy and I requested this promotion and one more roll, they told me if they could send it to me from "here" from Quiroga branch because they were saturated (I live in the quintas) and I said yes because it could be said that the cost of shipping (about $40) was offset by the free bonnets from the promo. The sushi arrived but the boneles did not send them, and I sent them a message as soon as I opened the bag and informed them what happened and obviously they never answered me ?. I don't think I will order again.

I give it 3.5 with the possibility of raising that rating, it has a good taste, nothing spectacular, it's like a casual sushi outing, one of those that you give another opportunity to clear up doubts. The friendly service and even repeating the order there was a little confusion but what did attract the most attention was that it is VERY slow... more than an hour and a half waiting for the 1 of 3 to arrive, yes, the dishes arrived in drops , we ordered 3 at the same time (1 baked by which the delay is understood but 2hrs? Is it too much) we had to start eating since it was very long to wait for the 3 of 3 that later they told us that it was not because of "the baked" but that he had gone home XD (Take care of the consistency of the rice, it is a little sweet and a bit beaten?)

When the promotion arrived they told me that it was not valid and they offered me another one whose cost was higher. I ordered Mar y Tierra, the sushi did not have Philadelphia cheese (it says on the menu that it is added). The meat is not seasoned, however, with the seasonings, the flavor changes a bit. Sushi is a good size and very well presented. Satisfied with the boneless order.

This is the first time I get to try them. It was ordered at home and its waiting time was 1 hour, not bad, they arrived just as promised. They are very very good sushi rolls of a large size about twice the size of a normal roll. The quality of its ingredients seemed excellent!! I forgot to take photos but I leave you photos of the boxes hehe. Don't judge the photos too much, it was just what we had left... Note: their ecological packaging is super nice as well as cardboard and not Styrofoam...

It's been a year since I tried sushi again, when I tried it I loved it, it made me the best sushi in all of Hermosillo. Today I tried it again and fatal, my sushi was supposed to have chili pepper and nothing. Some pieces of meat were raw, the size is large but the quality leaves much to be desired.

The roll is empty of the edges, I ordered it for the shrimp and I didn't even see any shrimp. The ingredients are not of good quality and they charge the tampico separately. The service was good.
