★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with ETN in Toluca! My girlfriend forgot her handbag under the seat on the bus (Guadalaraja - Toluca, unit 2282, leaving Guadalaraja 13/11/2020 23:59). When we realized it, few minutes after the bus left from Toluca for Mexico City, we approached the staff at ETN in Toluca terminal and they completely denied to help us in any way! No laguage barrier, I speak Spanish, my girlfriend is Mexican:). The staff told us that probably someone had already stolen it... ridiculous.
They denied to contact the driver and denied even to contact straight away ETN at the next stop of the bus. Her suggestion was to wait if, after the final cleaning of the bus the handbag will be found, although we told her we know exactly where the handbag was and we know nobody . Later on they actually found the handbag and lied to us about it until we went personally to the bus depot and found it there on the bus. But that's a different story.
Anyway from a company that likes to present themselves as the luxury line this kind of level of customer service is absolute disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good service: They give you a small breakfast to make your travel nicer. Very comfortable seats with a correct distance between them and with complementary services like your own screen to watch a movie or listen to music.
Their installations, buses and WC are clean all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the bus was 10 minutes late already, they announced that it would be an hour late. When we asked for our money back, they told us that they had supposedly warned us about the possibility that the bus could be late, but they didn't. They even recommend not to travel to Mexico City with them. I'd never use this company again.
