Centro Médico de Toluca, S.A. de C.V., inició sus operaciones en abril de 1992, se ubica en el municipio de Metepec, Estado de México, dentro de la zona conurbada de la ciudad de Toluca. Nuestra institución recibió su primera certificación por parte del Consejo de Salubridad General, el 20 de marzo de 2000, y las recertificaciones, 2004-2007, 2007- 2010, 2011-2013 y la actual 2014 – 2019. Como institución de salud, pertenecemos a la Asociación Nacional de Hospitales Privados, todas nuestras instalaciones son modernas, funcionales y cuentan con equipo médico con tecnología de vanguardia.

K	Kari C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero dar las gracias por la pronta atención que recibió mi hijo desde que ingresó a urgencias, a todo el equipo médico que labora en ese lugar desde Médicos, enfermeras y enfermeros, hasta el personal de servicio a la habitación como : intendencia, cocina, guardias de seguridad...por el servicio de calidad que ofrecen pero sobre todo por la calidad humana con la que se rigen en ese lugar en verdad mil gracias por sacar a mi hijo de 6 años adelante siempre con su buen trato y eficacia. Para este nivel de atención medica, servicio y costo mejor me voy a una farmacia del ahorro. Comentan que "si facturan" pero esta factura no te servira de nada. ya que para la deduccion de impueatos el pago de estos gastos requieres realizarlo mediante cheque nominativo del contribuyente, transferencia electrónica de fondos, tarjeta de crédito, de débito o de servicios. La deducción no procede si el pago fue realizado en efectivo. As it is possible that in the middle of 2021 card payments cannot be made. Espere 15 min, media hora y las 2pm pregunté a la recepcionista que si iba a tardar mucho la Dra, a lo cual me contestó que si quería, que reagendara. Que falta de respeto hacer perder el tiempo de los pacientes y sobre todo que grosera esa respuesta, ni una disculpa ni nada. En estos días pedir permiso en el trabajo a mitad de semana casi casi es un privilegio, tuve que retirarme y de igual forma no me quedaron ganas de "reagendar". H	Humberto Avila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien tienen muy buenos médicos que se preocupan por ti y a quienes puedes contactar en caso de requerir asistencia a lo largo del día, el sistema de citas es terrible: puedes llegar 30 minutos antes y es muy probable que aún así debas esperar 2 horas para ser atendido, y el problema no es que hayan llegado otros pacientes previamente (ya que este caso es comprensible en una cola de espera), sino que pueden llegar después de que has sido registrado, y ser atendidos antes que tu, pues no se cuenta con un orden bien definido y hay quienes saben explotar esta falla. Esto último me ha ocurrido especialmente con los médicos de servicios especializados, sin embargo he tenido una experiencia muy buena con clínica de psicología, en la que se te cita en un horario bien definido, pero esto no representa a la clínica en general. No puedo recomendar esta clínica hasta que se respete en tiempo del paciente. N	Nataly Katze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite al neumologo Guillermo Galindez Hernandez, como parte de seguimiento covid para mi mama, desde mi perspectiva medica de la que el nunca supo, es un medico de muy baja calidad profesional y humana, su recoleccion de datos es una basura, realmente no se preocupa de nada de tus antecedentes, no pregunto siquiera por alergias, apenas y toco a mi mama, no indico estudios complementarios a una expaciente que estuvo delicada de covid con un daño extenso pulmonar, preguntamos por rehabilitacion y no dijo "si quieren haganla, si no no" en mi experiencia de muy baja calidad su consulta. La recepcionista de 10 Personal de limpieza excelente Personal de vigilancia excelente Ese medico.... desechado, como tantos que he consultado a raiz de todo esto, no se que le pasa al personal medico....
