E	Estephania Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO Acabo de tener un problema muy fuerte con la veterinaria Tom y Jerry ubicada en el palmar, lleve a mi perrito de urgencia por que me explicaron que tenía una ostruccion en su intestino delgado y no ha querido comer ni tomar agua, la "señorita" que me atendió le sacó una radiografía y me explicó su tratamiento que tenía que llevar, más nunca me dijo que dicho tratamiento también tenían que aplicarle suero intravenoso, mi perrito seguía vomitando y sin querer comer todo el día. En la tarde que volví a llevar a mi perrito para su segundo tratamiento le explique al Dr que mi perrito seguía mal, le platiqué todo lo que me habían dicho el día anterior y me dijo que ya les había explicado a su personal que es obligatorio que se haga ese procedimiento, me molesto la forma en como no te dicen nada y solo sacan dinero de la gente, aprovechándose de nuestras mascotas, espero y puedan apoyarme en demandar a estas personas y que NO LLEVEN AHI A SUS MASCOTAS, mi perrito está muy débil no puede ni pararse, gracias a que no me comentaron un pequeño diagnostico TERRIBLE SERVICE I just had a very strong problem with the Tom and Jerry vet located in El Palmar, I took my puppy urgently because they explained to me that he had an obstruction in his small intestine and he did not want to eat or drink water, the "lady" who He took care of me, took an X-ray and explained the treatment that he had to take, but he never told me that said treatment also had to apply intravenous fluid, my puppy kept vomiting and not wanting to eat all day. M	María de los angeles López Ramírez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo puedo decir que lleve a mi perrito a qué lo desparasitaran fue su primera vez que salía ya que apenas Hiba a cumplir 2 meses a los 8 días lo volví a llevar por qué de repente dejo de comer, lo lleve y me dijeron que se había contagiado de parvovirus al final me dijieron que lo dejara internado ya que lo pondrían con los demás perritos que ya tenían ahí mismo pero al final se hiba a morir porque ningún perro sobrevive a esa enfermedad, solo digo que mejor busquen otras opciones yo fui ahi por qué me quedaba súper cerca, en fin cuiden donde llevan a sus mascotas por favor I can only say that I took my puppy to be dewormed. La última vez que lo lleve les especifiqué que no quería que le cortaran el pelo en cierta área y les valió, al final le cortaron el pelo a gusto del peluquero(a), mi perro ya está viejito y tiene una pata fracturada, igual se los comenté pero no dudo en que lo hayan pasado por alto y hasta lo hayan lastimado, ya que apartir de esa fecha mi perrito se queja mucho de su patita. Si no ponen atención seguramente no tienen tacto con los animales. Pésimo el servicio, NO LO RECOMIENDO. A	Adonai Malagon Madrigal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negligencia, a hora resulta que las heridas de cirugía no se limpian cada 12 o 24 hrs, el MVZ dijo que una herida de operación se limpia cada 7 días, mi perrita fue intervenida por un tumor, la dejamos en manos de quien no tomo buenas decisiones y después la infección entró en sus sistema, en la sangre y después de las convulsiones, la clínica y numero de emergencia sin responder, por que tenían un problema familiar, acudi a otro Hospital veterinario, pero ya no pudieron hacer nada. Cabe mencionar que se hicieron todos los estudios en Tom +Jerry. La lleve para limpieza y terapia láser la deje de las 9 am a las 9 p.m. y no le hicieron nada !!!! Murio por la infección en otro hospital Gómez me parece. Es una profesión muy difícil y espero que esto les pase muy rara vez y que salven más perritos de los que mueren por malas decisiones de su parte. Después de todo lo sucedido los veterinarios que la atendieron no dieron la cara después de todo lo que pasó, nada ni una disculpa por no contestar o atender la emergencia.
