Everyone is super helpful and patient when you have to use a combination of English and simple Spanish. They all made us feel welcome. The service is great and the prices are reasonable for what you get. The teas are all obviously of a very high quality, even for the styles I didn't especially care for (they have about 100 varieties and blends that can be wildly different, so you probably won't love all of them ). For those who are vegan, lactose intolerant, or just want to change things up, they have soy, rice, almond, and coconut milk on hand. Today I got their black amaretto tea with a splash of almond milk, and it is delightful if you are in the mood for an English desert kinda tea. WiFi is available, reasonably fast, reliable, and free; it just pops up a window for you to check in on Facebook, and you're good to go. They even posted a friendly and enthusiastic response to my check-in, thanking us for stopping by. There was an option to enter an access code instead, so they'll probably just give you one, if you don't have Facebook. Despite there being numerous perfectly lovely options for tea in the Condesa, Tomás has become our goto spot for morning tea before venturing out into the city and the surrounding areas.

It’s a really nice place. I love everything about this place. However, the wifi is really bad. It cuts out all of the time and is generally pretty slow. If they could fix this it would for sure be 5 stars

I came in here a few days ago for some hot tea with honey to soothe my sore throat, and I was given one of most delicious cups of tea I’ve ever had. I came back today for some fruity rooibos, and again I am thoroughly impressed. This place has an amazing selection of teas. I’m a die hard coffee lover, but this place made realize that I need to explore the wonderful world of tea some more!

Great place to enjoy a good cup of tea and a moment of quiet, just a block away from a busy intersection. Some of the teas on the menu were not available due to the pandemic-related disruption, but there were still plenty to choose from!
