Queriamos reservar el tour de chichen itza con xcaret en este puesto y nos vendio otro de Dream Tours que era una completa estafa. No recomiendo para nada ni este puesto ni la compañia Dream Tours.

Highly recommend, great price, awesome service. Jerry was our guide and he was very informative and taught us so much about the Mayan history and culture. Will definitely return!

Fishing!! Caught an 84” sail fish! Talked to Carlos, at the desk, great guy full of useful information and knows English better than me and I’m from Minnesota! Went fishing with Rambo and Tomas was there for us from start to finish. Thanks guys for such an awesome time!

Scam. Stay away from this place. Did the Chichen Itza bus tour - took 8 hours to get there with sales pitch at lunch taking most of the time. Spent 45 minutes at the actual pyramids and then the park closed. Got to the Cenote when it was already dark and didn't even get to swim there. Then drove back for 4 hours. When confronted, the owner said that the bus operator is actually a different company that he subcontracts to and all the questions need to be directed their way. I googled the other company and their rating is 2.8 out of 5 and most reviews say it's also a scam. Shame that we had to waste a full day of our vacation on this. Ended up renting a van the very next day and doing cenotes and pyramids on our own schedule and it was alot cheaper. Looks elsewhere if you want to do a guided tour.

My sister and I visited Cancun, Mexico on July 9, 2021 - July 13, 2021 and we stayed at ÓLEO Cancun Playa All Inclusive Boutique Resort. Inside of the resort there was a place that offered excursions costing about $120 and up per person. Not knowing my sister and I booked two excursions, one was Xplore (which was amazing) and a boat ride. Well we met another a group of girls and they told us about TOMAS Tours and how much they paid for the same excursions we had booked through the resort. Well we cancelled 1 of the trips we booked through the resort and tried to cancel the other, but it was too late. The price we paid for 1 excursion through the resort, we were able to book 2 excursions with TOMAS. The first time we booked a trip to the Cenote - Kin- Ha where we went atv riding, zip lining, horseback riding, & swimming. It was amazing and only cost $85, but that’s because of the additional horseback riding that we chose. The guy who booked our trip wrote down the wrong day so we ended up not having transportation to the place. The owner took it upon himself and took us to the spot! He was so sweet and kind, then the second day we chose a boat ride and didn’t have transportation to the dock either so the same guy who booked our excursion went with us to the dock and waited with us to make sure we got on the boat easily. My sister and I will definitely be back and use TOMAS tours for all of our next experiences and recommend this business to others!
