Nice furniture, good design and good because I think they are the only ones to sell wooden furniture and give the option to customize to your liking, maybe the delivery time is not your best letter of introduction, but I think in the end it is worth the worth waiting, to have to buy something of poor quality elsewhere and without being to your liking. Bad experience. This company will never give you a good post-sale and warranty service, because the customer is never right and this company will never accept its responsibility. The guarantee always looks for how they are not to be at fault, making the customer responsible and if you want it to be repaired, you have to pay for the service and even when you pick up the furniture from your home they charge it. I know they will answer this criticism by defending and justifying themselves, as they always do. All those who give them 4 to 5 stars must be because they have just bought their furniture, but they will see what awaits them when they have to claim something, there I want to see their post-sale experience, because to sell they are good and fast , but to deliver and then face lousy warranties. Personally, I do NOT recommend them. Many say that the furniture is expensive but that it is worth it, what they do not say or have not experienced is when the claims come, the pain it is to see that they paid so dearly for the furniture and for a lousy warranty service. By the way, the owners never show their faces, they always send a dial to their "specialists" and that on one occasion their specialist was in charge of the premises, who had nothing as a specialist, in fact he no longer works there. He reiterated, do not get carried away by how beautiful the furniture looks in your premises, because what awaits you will make you regret it and you will never get your money back.
