★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho la marca y encontrar en Pachuca una tienda de Tommy es fantástico , lamentablemente el personal deja mucho que desear, no te atienden como debería de ser y me parece que pueden pulirse mucho en eso, es una buena marca pero debo mencionar que puede mejorar mucho su trato al cliente , debo mencionar que llegue fachoso al local y quizás les hizo pensar que solo perdían el tiempo pero la realidad es que no deberían distinguir y me parece que la atención debió de ser mejor
I really like the brand and finding a Tommy store in Pachuca is fantastic, unfortunately the staff leaves a lot to be desired, they don't serve you as they should be and I think they can polish themselves a lot on that, it's a good brand but I must mention that improve their customer service a lot, I must mention that I arrived at the store flabby and perhaps it made them think that they were just wasting time but the reality is that they should not distinguish and it seems to me that the service should have been better
