★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost left because there was no pork broth ramen. Lucky we didn't because both of the bowls of ramen we had were exceptional. I couldn't fault my tan tan ramen except it wasn't spicy. Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've previously had ramen at Kura and Nagaoka and they were disappointing. Chashu too thick and dry, noodles soft and broth mediocre. The ramen here is the closest I've gotten to authentic Japanese ramen so far in Mexico city. I had the shoyu ramen which the chef, Chawa, recommended and was both impressed and pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're somewhat Ramen nerds and followed the recommendation here on gmaps.
We were actually somewhat disappointed by the miso ramen - we always take that as our benchmark. The broth was tasty but had nothing to do with miso in my opinion. It was rather a Mexican caldo with carrots and caramelized onions. The chasu however was seriously undercooked (you can see this on the pic) and the chasu don was similarly either undercooked or extremely gooey.
The staff however is really nice and attentive and 35 pesos for a beer is just unbelievable.
