Pero el día de ayer fue horrible, el personal se portó muy grosero, no me querían devolver mi dinero aún cuando no tomaron la radiografía. No sé qué les pasó, pero pésimo servicio.
I have been using your services for about 6 years, for annual check-ups with my dentist, and in all these years the attention has been excellent. But yesterday was horrible, the staff was very rude, they didn't want to give me my money back even though they didn't take the x-ray. I don't know what happened to them, but lousy service.
