★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y fue rápido mi recarga de toner me la de media hora..... Lo único malo es donde estacionarse es muy difícil ahí cerca me tuve que estacionar en segunda fila..... O meterse a comprar pan a lekaros que está a un lado..

... llevé un multifuncional (inyección de tinta y con tanques recargables) con 4 años de antigüedad porque no imprime bien a color y me dice:
"Le voy a realizar un limpieza al sistema con ese ultrasonido; además, con un software que limpia cabezal por cabezal y a ver si jala".
Cuando voy por el equipo pues con la mala noticia de que no imprime a color, no se logró el funcionamiento del cabezal para colores. Y está bien, los equipos fallan y tienen arreglo o remplazo de piezas.
Me dio la opción del cabezal en pieza original por $ 2,500 pesos.
Hasta aquí todo normal, ¿no?
Pues para mí faltó un gran detalle, no vi ninguna evidencia de la limpieza a los cabezales, no mostró ninguna imagen del trabajo realizado, no vi nada acerca de cómo funciona el software empleado. De hecho el equipo lo recibí con más polvo de como lo dejé.
¿Precio de la limpieza con "ultrasonido", con jeringas y con el software? $ 400.00 pesos. Para alguien será poco y para otros mucho.
Al final lo veo como que pagué $ 400.00 por nada, excepto por saber qué equipo comprar o no en el futuro.
Ayudaría a su credibilidad dejar evidencia del trabajo hecho cuando el equipo no pudo ser reparado.

In the end I see it as I paid $ 400.00 for nothing, except to know what equipment to buy or not in the future.
It would help your credibility to leave evidence of the work done when the equipment could not be repaired.
