Ojalá mejore su amabilidad, yo sé que a veces no hay buenos días pero no le estamos haciendo un favor a la clientela al atenderla con tacto, sino que es parte de la experiencia.
The truth is, I didn't even go or order because I called and the attention was terrible from the man who answered my call. I hope your friendliness improves, I know that sometimes there are no good morning but we are not doing the customers a favor by attending them with tact, but it is part of the experience.
