L	Luis Cañez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy Mal Servicio, se tardaron mas de 5 dias despues de la fecha compromiso y me va a salir mas caro arreglar el trabajo de tan pobre calidad que me hicieron pues me dejaron practicamente abierto el techo, los ductos estan sueltos, aparte que no me entregaron filtros de los aires por los cuales tambien pague. Very Poor Service, it took more than 5 days after the commitment date and it will be more expensive to fix the work of such poor quality that they did me because they left the roof practically open, the ducts are loose, apart from that they did not deliver me air filters for which I also paid.

Cuando reportamos el problema empezaron a defenderse diciendo que ya habían terminado la instalación la cual no quedó bien y habían dejado todo sucio y mal acomodado, por lo cual nos dijeron que volverían al siguiente día y así nos tuvieron mas de 10 días, ya al final les marcabamos y mandabamos mensajes y no contestaban el teléfono. PESIMO SERVICIO Y MUY POCO PROFESIONALES, NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, POR FAVOR REVISEN BIEN SI QUIEREN COMPRAR O INSTALAR AIRES, SE VEN BIEN POR FUERA PERO ES UNA BASURA DE SERVICIO! Hay problemas que son parte de todo trabajo e instalación pero cuando no se quiere no se puede. Ni con dinero en mano querían trabajar como se debe. Hay muchos otros negocios que se dedican a lo mismo, háganse un favor y no se involucren con este negocio. Te piden que pagues el total antes de empezar, yo creo es por algo. De lo contrario nadie les terminaria pagando por el cochinero que hacen. Terrible service. I had already been warned about this company but on the outside you see an honest company. m	martin gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos años adquirí un sistema de aire acondicionado central marca trane al principio todo bien incluyendo el servicio técnico y garantías pero ahora salen con que ya no manejana marca trane y prácticamente me corrieron de la sucursal cuando ácudi primero para solicitar soporte técnico a mis equipos y segundo para adquirir equipos complementarios pero esto último ni de broma.lo haré por la pésima.atencion que recibí en mi visita del 26 de Abril 2021 muy desagradable experiencia. A few years ago I acquired a trane brand central air conditioning system at first everything was fine including technical service and warranties but now they come out with the fact that I no longer handle a trane brand and they practically fired me from the branch when I first went to request technical support for my equipment and second to acquire complementary equipment but the latter is not a joke. I will do it because of the terrible attention that I received on my visit on April 26, 2021, a very unpleasant experience.
J	Javier Nuñez Preciado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con esta empresa, me vendieron una refrigeracion supuestamente CARRIER y tiempo despues me di cuenta que no tiene marca, me dijeron que hasta se podia conectar a la app de carrier inmediatamente trate de hacerlo y no pude, pense que algo estaba haciendo mal y ahora me doy cuenta que ni es de marca, te dan buen servicio para hacer la venta, tardaron varios días para que vinieran hacer la instalación, me la dejaron con fuga y si me repusieron el gas, le tengo que cargar 2 veces por temporada desde que lo compre, ya llevo 2 años. Si les dejan fuga, exíjanle que le pongan por escrito y tomen fotos para que quede antecedente y que se hagan responsables al próximo año.
