★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manejan buenos precios, los mejores de la zona, pero el servicio a domicilio es pésimo y ligado a eso la comunicación y seguimiento del pedido, cuando ya van tarde dejan de contestar y no sabes si si el pedido realmente te llegara ese dia.
Mediante whats app solicitamos con antelación el pedido, para que mis perritas desayunaran, nos dijeron que la entrega se realizara a mas tardar la 1:30pm y no tuvimos problema con que comieran un poquito tarde, son las 5:30pm y mis perritas se quedaron sin comer confiando en que serian puntuales, escribo la reseña por que desafortunadamente es la tercera vez que sucede con servicio a domicilio
 They handle good prices, the best in the area, but the delivery service is terrible and linked to that is the communication and follow-up of the order, when they are late they stop answering and you don't know if the order will actually arrive that day.
Through whats app we requested the order in advance, so that my dogs had breakfast, they told us that the delivery would be made no later than 1:30 pm and we had no problem with them eating a little late, it is 5:30 pm and my dogs stayed without eating trusting that they would be punctual, I write the review because unfortunately it is the third time that it happens with home delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente tienen un buen punto de venta pero la atención que es lo que más importa NO LA TIENEN... te prometen algo que no lo tienen. En México es una realidad que por "creer" que tienen un buen lugar la atención es lo menos importante y es todo lo contrario. La atención al cliente y el compromiso con el mismo es el exito de cualquier negocio y si no cumples con eso, serás un lugar más y el local de la esquina. Lástima! Mi mascota se quedó sin comer por una promesa que ellos mismos no cumplieron.
Unfortunately they have a good point of sale but attention, which is what matters most, DOES NOT HAVE IT ... they promise you something that they do not have. In Mexico it is a reality that for "believing" that they have a good place, attention is the least important and it is quite the opposite. Customer service and commitment to it is the success of any business and if you do not comply with that, you will be one more place and the place on the corner. Pity! My pet went without food because of a promise that they themselves did not keep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo servicio tanto en tienda como en whatsapp no dan el debido seguimiento, quedan en una hora o en un día y Nunca cumplen, y ya que les pagaste solo te dan largas, por estar esperándolos tuve que estar comprando una croqueta diferente para que mi peludo no se quedara sin comer, les comento que esta es la 4ta vez que me lo hacen no hagan pedidos ahí para que no les pase lo mismo que a mi y ami peludo

Casi 1 mes esperando su msj para saber si les llegaría un costal de croquetas que encargué. Para que al final no lo consiguieran y en ocasiones que preguntaba me dejaran en visto.
No se confíen, ya que mi mascota varías veces se quedó sin comer por su falta de compromiso. Y siempre poniendo de pretexto que era el proveedor.
Al final les recomendé que mejor no ofrecieran el producto si no lo tenían y hasta en visto me dejaron.
No adjunto fotos porque la app no me lo permite, pero realmente es una lástima, ya que cada que compraba era lo mismo. Perdieron una clienta. (:
