★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo estuve en una agencia que trabajaba con este negocio y puedo asegurar que la mayoría de los comentarios "positivos" vienen de parte de los mismos empleados de la empresa.
El dueño es grosero y despota con el personal y aunque yo no era su empleado también me tocó recibir ese tipo de tratos. Cuando cosas como éstas pasan internamente, se notan en la calidad del servicio que sus empleados ofrecen al cliente.
Y como consejo, antes de pedir a mis antiguos colaboradores que borre mi calificación para limpiar la "reputación" de su negocio, primero deberían en enfocarse en buscar buenos precios de verdad para sus clientes, y tratar a su personal como lo que son, personas.
Some time ago I was in an agency that worked with this business and I can assure that most of the "positive" comments come from the same employees of the company.
The owner is rude and despises the staff and although I was not his employee, I also received that type of treatment. When things like this happen internally, it shows in the quality of service your employees provide to the customer.
And as advice, before asking my former collaborators to delete my rating to clean up the "reputation" of their business, they should first focus on finding really good prices for their customers, and treating their staff as what they are, people. .
