If they print it well - lucky you. But if there's any problem - it will take them days to redo it and you'd have to make another trip to their store. They won't return money if the printing is bad and with defects. Best case scenario - they will reprint it but ones again - lost time. A lot of lost time. Colors don't match original files. Sometimes they come out well, sometimes it's a complete disaster. Especially bad with soft, pastel tones. Update: what the owner tries to imply about colors is not true in this case and doesn't have much to do with the situation. What happened is that they laminated very badly. And suggested to come again another day what I can not afford as I'm leaving. So, they suggested to redo the cover of my magazine withing 20 minutes. In 40 minutes it was ready but the colors were absolutely off with leaks and defects. Ladies at the counter explained it that machinery they have at hand right now can not process the colors as the one they used to print it initionaly. I do believe that if you do lousy job, guys, you suppose to apologize, give a huge discount, suggest it to be delivered to home address of a client as you make people loose time! Very mediocre service and very silly excuses from the owner. Improve! Don't lie and make excuses.
