★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez existe menos variedad de instrumentos de cuerdas; la atención no está mal, pero parece que no todos los que trabajan en el local saben de música. He ido a preguntar por varios artículos percusivos, y es la 3ra vez que me comentan que sí los manejan, pero no los tienen; así que la tienda musical de la otra cuadra es la que me salva.
There is less and less variety of string instruments; the attention is not bad, but it seems that not everyone who works in the premises knows music. I have gone to ask for several percussive articles, and it is the 3rd time that they tell me that they do manage them, but they do not have them; so the music shop on the other block is the one that saves me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue pecimo y el personal no te atienden. La mujer que deveria estar en el cajero para cobrarte, no estaba y la tube que esperar 15 minutos para que pudiera cobrarme. Cuando llege a la tienda estaban atendiendo a otra persona yo me esere a que terminaran de atender a la persona. Cuando me atendieron la informacion que me davan hera muy confusa. Nadie en la tienda esta atento y solamente estan contestando el telefono mientras que te atienden. Yo en lo personal no buelvo a poner un pie en la tienda. Espero que esta queja llege al dueño de la tiendo y que tome cartas en el asunto. Gracias
The service was lousy and the staff don't take care of you. The woman who should be at the cashier to charge you was not there and I had to wait 15 minutes for her to charge me. When I got to the store they were attending to another person and I waited for them to finish attending to the person. When they answered me, the information they gave me was very confusing. Nobody in the store is attentive and they are only answering the phone while they attend you. I personally do not set foot in the store again. I hope that this complaint reaches the owner of the store and that he takes action on the matter. Thank you
