Went on Saturday and got a really good discount with Alex. I tried paying with card, but I guess they don’t accept card without the manager there. He told us if we came the next day, we’d be given the same price. Come Sunday, he isn’t there and the person helping us refused to give us the same price

This is the worst experience we had in mexico! We sent the money to book the tour of sian khan the day before and finally the D-day they cancelled the tour and told us sorry it was full but you can do it tomorrow instead 1000% sure! Guess what ? The day after they cancelled again and told us don’t worry you will have your money back. It’s been 3 weeks we’re Waiting for the money, sending messages on whatsapp everyday, the tour and thé guy Joeffrey telling us « We’re gonna do it today, we promise » and still nothing!!! It was 80 euros ! Give us the money back, it’s a shame Alexia & Chloé

Scammy. I wouldn't use their services again. We were serviced by Flor. We (2 people) paid 60 USD per person for Cielo diving. Plus ferry tickets bought on our own (which are cheaper if you but online BTW). On Cozumel, it turned out the local tax is 90 MXN per person, not 60 MXN, as paid at the reservation, do we had to pay extra of course. The included meal and drinks were a plate of fish with nachos and beers plus a sip of some agave alcohol. Not a proper meal by any means, contrary to how it's been described when purchasing. Very disappointing as we had been counting on a much bigger meal.

Reservation was a breeze. Roxana's help and directions were on target. The pick-up was right on time, a rare treat in this business. After picking up all members of the party, we were taken to "Las Coloradas", a salt manufacturing factory; this was great, although there's not much to see, the beautiful pink color of the salines will amaze you. After that, we went to look at the flamingos, there are a lot of them, very gracious birds. Along the way, we had the opportunity to feed some "fragatas", they're the second fastest birds on earth. We stopped at a mud beach, were we covered ourselves in this mud. The porpouse of this was to exfoliate the skin, so we let the breeze dry the mud, while we were traveling open sea to the gulf of Mexico, were we parked at a beach and removed the mud from our bodies. Then followed the included lunch, at a local restaurant called "Los Negritos" (here in México there's no racism, please don't misinterpret the name of the restaurant) A very well served breaded fish, along with ice cold Indio beers (price not included) satisfy our appetite. Then we proceed to the alligator experience, were we had the opportunity to hold, feed and caress live alligators, a true experience! The only drawback is that you have to gather people at their hotels, which may take some time, so be prepared for a siesta on the van. I highly recommend this tour.
