Topolo - 82000 Mazatlán

Excelente. I had the pork shank and my wife had seafood enchiladas. It's on our 'we'll be back' list of restaurants.

Super interesting restaurant. Tree canopy/garden form the roof of this restaurant. Can be cool in the eve so bring a sweater. Food is great and atmosphere is worth the experience.

My favorite restaurant in Mazatlan. It's just off the beautiful Plaza Machado. It has an open courtyard to the sky. We eat here at least twice during a 10 day stay. I had the seared tuna.

Atmosphere is in a garden patio surrounded by mature trees. The servers are professionals making fresh salsa at the table with the exact spicy heat we prefer, best salsa anywhere. The tuna encrusted with roasted sesame wasabi was prepared perfectly tender and the tequila shrimp have a delicious sauce. Chili rellanos was also delicious with a rich tomato mole. One of the best restaurant experiences in Maz. Live music and a good wine list.

Salsa made at the table! What a fun experience! Sitting in the garden we knew we were in a special place. A guitarist and singer in the background made for the perfect ambiance. We were able to choose the spice level of our salsa (2) because we couldn't decide! All the food was wonderful and we will return!

Mango, or watermelon Margarita? Oh ya, and they're perfect! I stumbled upon this place Topolo looking for enchiladas and I was indeed served well with the seafood enchiladas. The dining experience here is top priority, the staff are great, the music is at a chill level, the tableside salsa is divine, the atmosphere is beautiful, and last but not least, the Chocolate moose is to die for. *My absolute personal best dining experience in all of Mazatlán. A true Mexican dining treat!

We had a great dinner and service. Liked the table side fresh made salsa to start. I ordered the pork shank with mash potatoes. Super tender with a tasty adobe sauce. Wife had the garlic shrimp. Located in Centro Historical inside a courtyard.

This is one of my favorite places to eat on Earth. Happens to be in Mazatlan. Which is only mildly inconvenient if you love Mazatlan. The restaurant itself is an open courtyard with a couple rooms and a bar on the periphery. And it is wonderful. There are plants, and art, and lights, and music. It just does not get better. The drinks are fantastic. I almost always get a watermelon margarita (or two). And maybe a Spanish Coffee after dinner. They will make this at your table and it is a fun participation show including sparkling cinnamon. So good! The food is outstanding. Of course. And it's hard to single out menu items since they are all so good. But one of my personal favorites are the seafood enchiladas is tequilia lime sauce. I almost drooled typing that out. But you can't go wrong with anything else. It's all so good. And last, but by no means least, the staff there are always so good and friendly despite the hard work. I've seen many if the same faces there over the years and I look forward to seeing them again soon.
