★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Town of Topolobampo is in need of a substantial face-lift. The Town Center and the Residetial buildings crowding the hillsides , but for a few OXXO 's and Resteraunts are in need of serious rehabilitation. The once thriving fishing industry is mothballed and garbage is strewn everywhere. A sad state of affairs indeed. The Marina Palmira is an entirely different story. It is very clean and well run by a friendly , competent and professional staff. It was a good place for us to keep Nomad while we spent a week aboard El Chepe exploring g The Copper Canyon. You must put this on your Bucket List !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location with beautiful beaches that have gentle waves because of the natural barrier of the islands off shore. One of the deepest ports in Mexico allows for a large shipping industry. Multiple seafood restaurants and stands abound.
