I asked about the salmon. It's from a farm. Not wild.... At those prices I couldn't believe that its not wild salmon they charge over $450 for a bowl.
It's prices are really just not fair... There are better places for half the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You’ll have better dinner grazing on cacahuetes from the ground in the Chapultepec park. They’re fresher and less salty than the octopus “sashimi” at Tori Tori. Also they don’t get forgotten by the waiter.
Three waiters just stand in the door, staring at our kid chit chatting instead of asking if we need a baby chair.
Cheap soy sauce, stinky onion in almost every hot dish, cheap rice and expensive bill.
This was a waste of an opportunity to eat well.
